Description

A Pot Rubber Bearing is a type of bridge bearing, where the pressure-carrying function and rotational function are supported by the rubber-block sealed in a steel basin. The displacement function is supported by horizontal displacement between an impact block and a stainless steel plate. Pot bearings are applied in simple support beams and continuous railway bridge beams, highway, municipal road, rail transit bridges and urban light rail. Application

Pot Rubber Bearings have been widely used in many high-speed railway bridge projects and railway bridges including Beijing-Tianjin inter-city train, Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line, Hainan line, Beijing-Shanghai passenger line, Shanghai-Hangzhou passenger line and the Xiamen-Shenzhen passenger line.

Railway Pot Rubber Bearings

- Simply Supported Beam

Apply to intercity passenger line with speed not exceeding 350km/h, and passenger-freight line with speed not exceeding 200km/h. Used in those areas, where the seismic peak acceleration is Ag≤0.2g.

- Continuous Beam

Apply to intercity passenger line with speed not exceeding 350km/h and passenger-freight line with speed not exceeding 200km/h. Used in those areas, where the seismic peak acceleration is Ag≤0.2g.

- Road or highway pot rubber bearing

CSR-JPZ/CSR-GPZ series pot rubber bearings are standardized structural parts, which are designed in line with the industry standard and refer to EU standard. The series is awarded as Provincial Scientific and technological Achievements, which can be applied to various kinds of highway, roads and rail transit bridges.

- Light rail pot rubber bearing

The CSR-TJGZ series is designed by introducing advanced design principles and manufacturing processes from Alga in Italy. The series also refers to Standard EN1337 and domestic design norms. The rubber pad is made by natural rubber with good aging-resistance and the steel of bearing body is made by hot rolled steel plates of high strength and stable performance.
